Mein erster Auftrag als independent contractor

Heute habe ich meinen ersten Auftrag als independent contractor erhalten. Und das hier war er:

Screen-pop refers to the ability to 'pop' up onscreen the caller's details (in TAM), found by taking the CallerID from the inbound phone call, searching the customer's CRM software (TAM in customer's case) and then 'popping' up onscreen the customer record of the caller. I don't believe that *TAM* supports this capability natively so we have to see if it can be set up using 3rd party software. Again, we could test this with OUR OWN CRM software first.
